Arcade And Pinball Machines

I have always been a fan of arcade and pinball machines and not just the modern day or popular machines but the history of them that reflect popular culture and how it progressed. They say you can tell a lot about a culture from the games it plays – especially a western one.

After having a successful bar for years when I decided to spruce it up a bit I decided to have an interactive arcade and pinball machines display that the punters could have fun with rather than a boring old bar.

So I started to source arcade and pinball machines, retro and new that would fit in with the new décor of the bar. These are some of the machines I have come up with and according to the feedback that I have received so far this is going to be a hit;

# 1 arcade and pinball machines - Bally beach beauty bingo pinball machine: this is a classic machine from the 1950’s and when I bought it all of the parts were there but it needed some tender loving care oh and some restoration. The graphics were a bit faded and some of the parts had seized up from being is storage for so long but this is a really classic type of arcade and pinball machines that I want in my display;

# 2 arcade and pinball machines - 1980 Bally xenon pinball machine: these are classic arcade and pinball machines with space invaders artwork. This machine was the first to use a female voice with a multiball option and an over tube shot;

# 3 arcade and pinball machines - 1989 Bally Elvira and the Party Monsters Pinball Machine: We all remember Elvira on television introducing the horror movies with the high hair, scary make-up and astounding cleavage. This type of arcade and pinball machines is based on the character and is a lot of fun to play if you haven’t played one of these arcade and pinball machines then you are really missing out;

# 4 arcade and pinball machines – Bally little Joe pinball machine: these types of arcade and pinball machines are for 4 players at a time. It has classic retro graphics of a bride and what look like her suitors – a man in a top hat and three guys in nautical regalia;

# 5 arcade and pinball machines - 1988 Williams taxi pinball machine: now this one is a real collectors item and I paid a decent amount to get it for my arcade and pinball machines display. This one is a “Marilyn” prototype, which makes it all the more valuable and one that is rare to find, especially in pristine condition like this one.

# 6 arcade and pinball machines - Lethal Enforcers Video Arcade shoot guns cop Game: in this game you are a police officer and each level is a different assignment that you have to navigate successfully. You must shoot the criminals but also make sure that the bystanders are not hurt. It also has a shooting range where you can practice your aim;

# 7 arcade and pinball machines - Pac-Man's Arcade Party home: these arcade and pinball machines bring back memories of my childhood. I was a kid that absolutely loved Pac man and would play it for hours until my mother made me stop. But this machine doesn’t just have pac man on it but 13 vintage games:

• Pac-Man
• Ms. Pac-Man
• Pac-Mania
• Galaxian
• Galaga
• Galaga '88
• Dig Dug
• Rally-X
• Mappy
• Xevious
• Rolling Thunder
• Dragon Spirit
• Bosconian

# 8 arcade and pinball machines - Bromley "Rock and Bowl": this game also has the option of redemption tickets that could come in handy for what I have in mind. This is a cute bowling alley game, which I think is a great game that takes you back to the lanes and the family fun of bowling if somewhat in miniature;

# 9 arcade and pinball machines - Star Wars pod racer arcade sit down driving game: so these arcade and pinball machines are my favourite kind because I really get to be in the drivers seat AND it combines with my favourite movies. This is a great retro piece and my customers are absolutely going to love it;
# 10 arcade and pinball machines - Ambassador 16' shuffleboard by Venture: this game was new to me I had not played it before I bought the game for my display. Apparently this sleek looking game was designed by professional shuffleboard players and has a great reputation. My family and I have already tried it out and it’s a very fun game that kept us entertained for hours;

# 11 arcade and pinball machines - Suzuka 8 Hours: this is another one of the arcade and pinball machines that put you in the drivers seat. With side-by-side motorcycles that you ride you can either race another player of play against the machine using your body to steer;

# 12 arcade and pinball machines - Pump It Up Arcade Game: you get to dance the night away with this version of arcade and pinball machines. You get to follow the dancers on the screen if you can through some pretty complex moves, which is guaranteed to have you giggling while you are working up a sweat.
